(20) Kms is a garden spot commanding a fascinating view of the Himalayas. The chief attractions of the place is the Government Apple Garden and the Fruit Research Center attached to it.

Baludham

This small artificial lake is little less than 3 kms from Chaubattia (Briddle Road).

Upat Kalika

(4 Kms) has one of the best mountain golf courses (9 Holes) in the country.

Hairakhan Ashram

(12 Kms) is the famous temple of Baba Hairkhan. It commands a panoramic view of the extensive Himalayas. The ambience is definitely religious.

Jhula Devi and Ram Mandir

(17 Kms) on way to Chaubattia garden, is famous for the temples of Goddess Durga and Lord Ram.

Doonagiri

(46 Kms) is a place of religious importance. It is of its temple of Goddess Durga and for a good view of the Ramganga and Someshwar valleys from here.

Shitalkhet

(30 kms) is ideal for a peaceful picnic.

Khairna

(22 kms) is famous for fishing in the Kosi river.

Binsar Mahadev

(26 Kms) located in a sleepy hollow in dense pine and deodar forest with an old temple of Lord Shiva is a unique place for meditation and picnic.
